In 1988 discovered the new fields of structured water, room temperature superconductors and cold fusion.  Released underwater television and freelance writer/photographer careers to pursue life as a researcher and inventor despite no training or education in science, math or physics.   However, the apparent "weakness" of no formal education or training in the traditional university system was my greatest "strength" because I was not predisposed into any false or incorrect belief or theoretical systems.

Investigated current Table Of The Chemical Elements and discovered many anomalies related to the separation of the elements known as the lanthanides.  I asked the question "why are the lanthanide elements separated from the main square table?"  Created many new tables and illustrations related to the chemical elements.  Based upon these charts I discovered that the element of Oxygen is the key to all life on Earth.

In 1994 I developed a battery or wall plug powered device that utilized a one megahertz frequency and when the sound signal passed through a series of elements the atomic structure of liquids and solids was transformed and improved.  The device called MULTY-TRANZ generated a multiple transformation of any liquid or solid and many conditions of human pain.

Quantum Disk FVY!

My first reaction to exposure to the 'Quantum Disk FVY', was one of skeptical amazement!  Having worked with the forerunner of this disk, the Multi-Tranz, I was quiet taken back when told the Quantum Disk was supposed to do what the Multy-Tranz did but even better.  I had done considerable research on the Multy-Tranz, and knew that it lowered surface tension in liquids and that it increased the intensity of oxygen by almost 40 percent in most mediums, as well as relieving pain and increasing energy.

I reserved judgement and begin testing the Quantum Disk. First I exposed several nutrient drinks to the Quantum Disk and observed the results using a Atomic Mass Spectrometer and soon learned that the Quantum Disk increased Oxygen intensity by more than 110 percent which was unbelievable at the time, so I ran several test to make sure that I had not made some mistake in Calibration of the Mass Spectrometer or entered the wrong protocol.  After extensive testing I concluded that my first findings were correct!  The implications of this discovery will be far reaching, and only with extensive trials and research will the true potentials of this device be known.

Also an unusual phenomenon occurred when we attempted to complete the Mass Spectrometer test.  I tested several liquids before  I treated the liquids with the Quantum Disk.  I then brought the Quantum Disk into the room where the Mass Spectrometer Instrument was located and as soon as I placed the Quantum Disk within three feet of the instrument the alarms inside the machine alerted me and the technicians that the sensors within the instrument were out of calibration.  A representative from the manufacturer had to be flown in from California to re-calibrate the instrument.  Of course during our next attempt to test the Quantum Disk we treated the liquids at the other end of the building and then the instrument indicated there was the increase of the oxygen intensity by 110 percent.

Why did the Quantum Disk change or "knock-off"  the calibration of the Mass Spectrometer instrument?  Our best guess is that the oxygen molecules emitted by the Quantum Disk over saturated the sensors of the Mass Spectrometer instrument.

The director of the labortory where I conducted the Mass Spectrometer tests was so very impressed by the Quanutm Disk that he requested a friend of his at a prestigious university conduct an informal / after hours Positron Emmisions Test (PET) on an untreated liquid and the liquid treated by the Quantum Disk.  The PET test concluded the liquid treated by the Quantum Disk had molecules that were reduced in size and atomically altered on a permanent basis.

I further tested the Quantum Disk's ability to lower surface tension; in doing so I found that normal tap water could be lowered from a average of 74 dynes to 43 dynes in less than five minutes of exposure. Obviously the potential of this device has far reaching implications in the health field, as well as other numerous applications.

I approached the director of the lab where I completed the Mass Spectrometer tests and the surface tension tests to write a letter confirming the all of the tests and results including the PET test results and the negative.  However, there was one major complication he found when he went to seek approval from his superiors.  The laboratory had been bought out by one of the largest producers of liquid / powder laundry detergents several months before and the new owners were very upset at all of the test results of the Quantum Disk and refused to provide any written documentation.  I am now securing other labs to complete the various tests.
 
To conclude I would like to add that the oxygen intensity tests were done on a Perkin-Elmer Elan 6000 Atomic Mass Spectrometer using special software developed to quantify eigenfunctions. And the surface tension test was done on a Sigma-70 Digital-Computer Controlled Tensiometer using the De Noy method as well as capillary liquid drop method. Most of these tests were duplicated by other independent testing facilities.

In 20 years of testing and research I haven't seen any device more remarkable or more promising than the 'Quantum Disk' Even with degrees in Bio-Chemistry and Research Quantum Physics I am at a loss to completely understand the priciples behind the workings of the amazing device. I am not totally lost though and I am working on several theories to explain this amazing Quantum Disk.

The surface tension of any liquid can be tested on a scientific instrument called a tensiometer.  The tensiometer measures in what is known as dynes per centimeter.  Liquids with a high surface tension have atomic chaos and low absorption ability.  Liquids with a low surface tension have atomic order and a high absorption ability.

Water from the garden hose or faucet has a high surface tension of 76 dynes per centimeter.  Fresh cut carrot juice has a low surface tension of 40 dynes but degenerates to chaos in two hours and then has a high surface tension of 76 dynes.

                                                     LIQUIDS IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

Surface tension in the liquids of the human digestive system (stomach and intestines) range from 45 to 60 dynes.  Each time humans drink water with a high surface tension they are diluting the necessary digestive juices with a  low surface tension.  When humans drink liquids with surface tensions below 60 dynes they are nurturing  their bodies with liquids that assist digestion and absorption.  The reason wine is good for digesting food is because the surface tension of the fermented grape is 55 dynes.

                                                      THE Quantum Disk TREATMENT

Liquids treated for three minutes by the Quantum Disk were tested by a state-of-the- art tensiometer manufactured by CSC Scientific.  The tests proved any liquid treated by the unique Quantum Diskmaintains an incredible but true surface tension of 55 dynes for 72 hours.  Any liquid treated by the Quantum Disk  promotes the absorption of all nutrients in the digestive system.

                                                         SLOUGHING-OFF NUTRIENTS

The Time Magazine article did not include  the critical  factor that the surface tension of liquids consumed by the individual and the surface tension of juices in the digestive system must be the same to insure the absorption of the nutrients in food.  The foundation for digestion of food and elimination of waste related to aging  is the ability of the body to absorb and process nutrients.

Absorption of important nutrients can occur only when the surface tension of the liquids consumed by the individual and the surface tension of the digestive juices remain below 60 dynes.   Faucet water or  expensive pure bottled water with counter- productive high surface tensions disrupt the atomic organization of the digestive juices with productive low surface tensions.  Absorption of nutrients cannot take place in a state of high surface tension thus the nutrients are sloughed-off and the body has low energy and ages very rapidly.
