The energy emitted by the Quantum Disk is a duplication and a magnification of the oxygen molecules radiated by the moving magma beneath the Earth. Liquids not treated and treated by Andersen's "previous technology" for ten minutes were analyzed in a double blind test by a Mass Spectrometer owned by Virginia Tech University. The Food and Drug Administration bought an identical mass spectrometer in 1996 to determine the elements in colloidal silver products. Results from the tests conducted at the university were astounding. Liquids treated by Andersen's "previous technology" had a 40 percent increase in the element of oxygen.
